Ralph has given a lifetime of commitment to our tennis club and the day to day maintenance has played a huge part of this. 

Ralph started playing at the club aged 17 where he met his wife Anne.  

We all turn up to a freshly swept court, fresh lawn and clean grounds each time we visit the club and the work that goes on in the background is hidden but critical to giving us the experience we enjoy. 

On behalf of the entire club, the committee would like to say a huge thank you to Ralph for his dedication and services to the club over many years.

Ralph, it's time to relax and enjoy the club, its facilities and its setting without the expectation of maintaining it being on your shoulders. The club is truly grateful. Thank you!

A new gardener (Andrew) has agreed to take on the additional responsibilities of maintaining the courts and he is currently in the process of treating and resanding the artificial courts in time for the league season to begin.

The committee also have the ability to use the brush mower at the club so we will continue to brush the courts on a regular basis throughout the year.
