Phase 1: Pre-Christmas Works (Approx. 3-4 weeks, weather dependent)

Works include:

• Construction of a new storage facility in front of the old practice wall.

• Installation of a wheelchair-access ramp to the front door.

• Refurbishment of the corridor.

• Conversion of the storeroom into an accessible toilet, including new drainage.

Access Changes:

• Men's toilets and corridor access by the front door will be closed.

• Entry to the clubhouse will be via the side double doors using the key safe.

• Ladies toilets will be temporarily unisex:

• One designated for men, one for women.

• Limited corridor access will be available only for entering/exiting the bar area.

• The bar area will be mostly closed during this phase. We will update more specifically when the bar is out of action

Site Safety Notice

During this time, there will be a skip on site and building materials stored around the clubhouse.

For your own safety, please make sure you and your children stay clear of construction areas and avoid any interaction with equipment or materials.

Club Room Use

Please note that there may be limited disruption to the main club room during this period.

It may need to be used for temporary storage while the storeroom is out of action. We'll aim to keep this to a minimum and appreciate your understanding.

Phase 2: Post-Christmas Works (Before League Season)

Planned works:

• Full refit of the bar area.

• Installation of a fence in front of the bank by the bottom court.

• Repairs to the retaining wall near the patio.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this time. Please be mindful of the temporary access arrangements and ongoing works.
