We are a well established, friendly Bristol tennis club with two floodlit, all weather courts as well as a clubhouse and bar.
About
We offer adult and junior tennis coaching at various abilities, as well as social and competitive tennis. We run seven mens teams as well as three ladies teams in summer league as well as teams in winter league and the veterans leagues.
The club is located in Downend, Bristol, and has been running since the late 1920's and we are proud of our history. We have a very well run club with well over 100 members of all ages and abilities with a friendly atmosphere.
We run many club tennis events such as mixed doubles, mens and womens tennis along with the usual club play. We have frequent social events for all occasions as well as catering for private parties.

Tennis
Adult
We run seven men's teams in the summer league as well as two women's teams and have always encouraged our junior members to progress an play in the league teams to get experience.
We also have veteran teams as well as teams in the national league.
Junior
At Cleeve Hill Tennis Club we have a thriving junior coaching program, run by our experienced and enthusiastic coaching team.
Coaching sessions run Saturday mornings for children aged 5 to 16. Sessions last one hour and run between 9am and 1pm.
Social
We encourage all our members to play tennis regardless of age or ability. Either playing with your friends or mixing in with other members.
Or if you want to focus on the social side we have a lovely sun terrace to watch the tennis and a very well stocked bar.
Join Us
We currently have a strong membership of over 100 members, covering all standards and with new members still joining all the time.
The club is built on a friendly and welcoming atmosphere aiming to primarily provide social tennis for all. Over recent years the competitive offerings of the club have greatly advanced, making us the strongest two court club in Bristol.
Potential new members are initially invited to partake in an adult coaching session or a social club night in order to have an informal and relaxed assessment of their current level. Following this we can then advise on how you can get the most out the club.
Full members have access to courts and clubhouse facilities at all times with social club tennis evenings running most nights throughout the year.
In the winter a court booking system is used for floodlight tennis in order to ensure court time is available fairly to everyone.
